Chase Rack System - Moto Offset Kit (Includes 2 Adapters)
FOR USE WITH 3 FULL SIZE DIRT BIKES
Fit up to three motorcycles on the Big Days rack in the bed of any full- or mid- size pickup truck with our Moto Offset Kit. It lifts the two outside moto mounts towards the cab or upward to allow handlebars to clear when in the rack and eliminate as much bike interference as possible.
For new customers, go to our Configure page and build a rack. Select your truck, add three Motorcycle Mounts, a Moto Ramp, a Third Moto Mount Riser Kit, and any other accessories you’d like.
For existing customers with two Motorcycle Mounts, buy this riser kit and an additional Motorcycle Mount.
Three Dirt Bikes in a Truck Bed Rack
Is it possible to fit 3 bikes, 3 riders, and a week’s worth of gear in one truck? That’s the challenge we sought to conquer when we developed the Third Moto Mount Riser. It lifts the Big Days Motorcycle Mount slightly, offsetting the handlebars and creating room for a third bike.

With most trucks, the only way to fit three bikes is to position two forward and one backward and put the tailgate down, effectively making the bed useless for anything else. The Big Days Chase Rack puts all the bikes in the bed with the tailgate up and adds space under the front wheels. That means riders can put all of their bikes, people, and gear in one truck, securely. For long beds? You get THAT much more room under the front wheels. Throw in an extra bike or two, more coolers, or really anything you’d like.
Another function of the riser is to position bikes higher up. This means for short bed owners who currently have a rack and have a hard time shutting the tailgate, this would effectively make the bikes shorter, and make shutting the tailgate easier.
This product isn’t just made for short beds, it will work with any size of bed. We want to give riders options and give them more room in their bed that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. We have plenty of long bed customers that are stoked to use this as they can fit three (Or more!) bikes and tons of gear. We’ve had a customer run four bikes and an ATC plus gear! The amount of space it opens up is insane.

The easiest way to load is to install the two risers on the outer mounts in the forward position. Use the Big Days In-Bed Moto Ramp to throttle the two outer bikes into their mounts and secure them. Then use the ramp or manually lift the middle bike into position.
If your specific setup doesn’t seem to work in this configuration, the risers can be placed in the vertical position on the top bar to position the bars in a different position.
The forward position on the two outside bikes is the recommended setup. However, if your bikes are not fitting like this, the risers can be set in a vertical position and could even be used in the middle mount.
The riser features two offset positions, one vertical and one forward. This gives riders options to position their bikes in different ways depending on the type and size of bike that they’re working with. Position 1 creates a 3.5” forward offset and 1.4” vertical offset and position 2 creates a 2.8” vertical offset.
Yes! It can also be used on the Bike/E-Bike Mount to offset the front end of mountain bikes. This would be relevant if you have multiple fat bikes with the handlebars at a straight angle.
Nope after a year of testing and two years of customer use, we’ve never had a report of this on our system.
For any full-size dirtbike is not a concern. The only thing to consider is shutting the fuel off on carbureted Bikes.
For smaller pit bikes, and kids bikes that sit at a more vertical angle, it is possible to have some fluids drip. For these we recommend leaving the bike on the Moto ramp so that it sits at a 45° angle.
This system works with any mid size or full size truck that is compatible with the Big Days system. This includes trucks like Ford F Series, Silverado, Ram 1500+, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Tacoma, Chevy Colorado, etc. For compact trucks (IE Ford Maverick) we can’t recommend it due to weight restrictions on the bed, and difficulty in loading 3 bikes in that confined space.
It is easiest to use in full size and heavy duty trucks where the bed is wider and longer, giving more space for bikes to sit side by side. It works in mid-sized trucks, but it is tight. We aren’t promising easy loading and unloading, that’s not the goal here. We want to make it possible to fit three bikes in the bed with the tailgate up.
Payload capacities should also be considered, as three bikes, gear, and passengers adds up quickly. Truck bedside weight capacities should also be verified with your truck manufacturer.
As this attaches to the Motorcycle Mount, it is compatible with any bikes the mount is compatible with. This includes dirt bikes, e-motos, and bicycles. It is not recommended for street bikes.
The Big Days Chase Rack System has a system weight limit of 1000 lbs. This means the total gross vehicle weight of all mountain bikes, motos, snowboards, or other accessories must be less than 1000 lbs.
This is the total weight of the item, not the weight of just the front wheel or front half of the bike or the portion touching the rack, but the whole item.
For example, assuming a typical 450 is around 240 lbs, a user could have three 450s, totalling 720 lbs, and be under the weight limit. However a 1200cc adventure bike is typically around 500-600lbs, so it would only be possible to have one in the rack. [It is also a lot of weight to put up the ramp and into the rack on a bike that big.]
The Third Moto Mount Riser is designed to incorporate into the Big Days Chase Rack System, under our Motorcycle Mount. It is part of the Big Days ecosystem that includes mounts and accessories for action sports and off roading. It can’t be used by itself or with other rack systems.
The mount is compatible with the T Track system on the Big Days Chase Rack System only. It is not recommended to use with other brands’ racks as we cannot verify fitment and strength.
For new customers, go to our Configure page and build a rack. Select your truck, your badge color, add three Motorcycle Mounts, a Moto Ramp, a Third Moto Mount Riser Kit, and any other accessories you’d like.
